Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as you received it

• Unworn or unused, with tags

• In its original packaging

• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at subkuchonline25@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care goods (e.g. cosmetics, hygiene items)

• Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids, gases)

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item?
Please return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

• If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days

• Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund
